Payment Policy

 
To help us provide you with a smooth and efficient service, we kindly ask that payment is made on the day of your inspection. Please note that we’re only able to release your inspection report once full payment has been received and cleared.
You can choose from the following two easy payment options:
  • Bank Transfer: Once you’ve made the transfer, simply email us a copy of your payment confirmation so we can promptly send out your report.
  • Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard): You’re welcome to pay over the phone. A small 1.8% surcharge applies to credit card payments.
